Troy Christopher Chapman, 30, of Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on July 5, 1995, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Scott and Janice (Bucher) Chapman. Troy lived a life full of curiosity, humor, and deep connection with others.

Troy graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School and the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He worked as a financial advisor for IU Health, where he often said he handled “the boring stuff so they can do the important stuff,” a perfect example of his selfless nature.

Troy loved running, biking, reading, gaming, watching movies, and eating large portions. He was the most informed sports fan around, with a special love for his National Champions, the Indiana Hoosiers, and the not-so-successful Cleveland Browns. Troy approached life with curiosity and enthusiasm, always eager to explore new places, try new foods, embrace new experiences, and learn from the people he admired. More than anything, he treasured time with his friends and family. Thoughtful, funny, and endlessly dependable, Troy spread the joy he found in life wholeheartedly.

Troy became a father this past December. Fatherhood brought Troy a profound sense of joy and peace, and he was deeply proud to be Miles’s dad.

He lives on through his beloved son, Miles Troy Chapman; his wife, Caroline Marie Chapman; his parents, Scott and Janice Chapman; his brothers, Thomas Chapman and Tyler Chapman; his grandmother, Mary Lou Chapman; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and cherished in-laws.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., with a memorial service beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The V Foundation for Cancer Research, 14600 Weston Parkway, Cary, NC 27513 (www.v.org), or to a college fund established for his son, Miles: Miles College Fund
