Initially listed as questionable, center/guard Drew Kendall is active for the Eagles after a knee injury ruled him out against the Jaguars. The former Boston College Eagle became a starter on the offensive line after Landon Dickerson was placed on injured reserve following the win over the Commanders in Week 1.

Outside linebacker Jonathan Greenard is active again after a game-time decision ruled him out of the Jaguars matchup in London. Wide receiver DeVonta Smith is also active for the first time since Week 3.

Running back Saquon Barkley, defensive back Michael Carter II, and outside linebacker Jalyx Hunt were ruled out after not participating at practice on Friday. Hunt injured his knee and ankle on a goal-line stand against the Jaguars last week. Carter suffered an abdomen injury against the Jaguars as well. Meanwhile, both quarterback Jalen Hurts and running back Will Shipley were placed on Injured Reserve this week. With no Barkley, Tank Bigsby, or Shipley, Dameon Pierce will serve as the primary ball carrier. He is joined by Carson Steele and Jaydon Blue in the Eagles’ backfield.

The Eagles then ruled out all players on Injured Reserve who practiced this week – cornerback Jakorian Bennett, tight end Grant Calcaterra, guard Landon Dickerson, and tight end Eli Stowers. All will remain on Injured Reserve.

Outside linebacker A.J. Epenesa, who has been managing a back injury, has been ruled out after being designated as doubtful. Hollywood Brown is also listed as inactive. The wide receiver was a full participant at practice on Friday after missing practice for two weeks with an ankle injury.

With Joe Milton listed as inactive, rookie quarterback Cole Payton will serve as the backup to Tanner McKee. Milton joined the Eagles this week from the Cowboys’ practice squad.

Rookie seventh-round picks Keyshawn James-Newby (outside linebacker) and Cole Wisniewski (safety) were both elevated from the practice squad on Saturday for the first time in their careers and are set to make their NFL debuts.

The Panthers ruled out former Eagle A.J. Dillon on Friday. Rookie tackle Monroe Freeling has been ruled out after being listed as doubtful. Jaelen Phillips is active against his former team, while wide receiver Jalen Coker returns for the Panthers for the first time since Week 3.

Here is the full list of the Eagles’ inactives:

QB Joe Milton (3rd QB) |  14

DB Michael Carter II | 35

Panthers’ inactives:

QB Haynes King (3rd QB) | 16

OG Torricelli Simpkins | g5
