Week 5 key matchups

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Eagles have had a rough couple of weeks with back-to-back losses and an injury to RB Saquon Barkley. On the flip side, the Jaguars have been playing some of the best football in the league, standing at the top of the AFC South. Both teams will meet Sunday in the NFL’s fourth international game this season, and second in London.

San Francisco 49ers vs. Seattle Seahawks

An early-season showdown for the top spot in the NFC West; this divisional rivalry may be in the afternoon window, but it can undoubtedly give the feel of a prime-time game. The Niners have dominated the first four weeks of the NFL season, having yet to lose a game, and the Seahawks have faced some adversity but are still among the top teams in the league. In their first meeting of the season, Seattle looks to hand San Francisco its first loss, and the 49ers look to keep their undefeated season alive.

Buffalo Bills vs. Los Angeles Rams

The ’24 and ’25 NFL MVPs go head-to-head in a massive “MNF” clash in Los Angeles. Monday’s prime-time matchup will be the fourth meeting between Josh Allen and Matthew Stafford. The Rams are fresh off a huge comeback win over the Eagles in Week 4 and look to keep their momentum, while the Bills look to get back in the win column after losing their first game of the season to the Patriots in a late-game thriller. Which QB will show out in prime time?
