Lisa Rinna opted for a hair-raising unique and one-of-a-kind look to celebrate the 2026 Oscars.

The actor and recent “Traitors” star stepped out in a custom-made gown made of 11 pounds of human hair to attend the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s annual Academy Awards viewing party on March 15.

Designed by Christian Cowan, the black and sleek show-stopping dress was created with a TRESemmé team of 16 people, who worked on it for 152 hours.

Cowan expressed in a press release that he wanted to “put hair front and center” for the couture look.

“The hair is not the finishing touch of this look — it is the look. The concept for the design was simple but powerful,” the designer said in part, adding that the dress “is sculpted and wraps around the body to create a couture silhouette.”

The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star also captured her reaction to seeing the look before she wore it.

“Oh my God, are you kidding me? Look at how gorgeous,” Rinna, in her robe, exclaimed in her Instagram story. “That’s going to be the best hair day of my life. I’ve never had so much hair. It’s amazing.”

The designer also shared a reel capturing how the gown was created and assembled using an array of tools and products.

“Incredible,” “Truly iconic,” and “obsessed,” were just some comments left on the post.

“Lisa looked phenomenal wearing this,” one user wrote. Another person joked, “Take all of my hair!”

Rinna was accompanied by her husband, Harry Hamlin, to the fundraising event. The former “L.A. Law” actor matched his wife in a black tuxedo (no hair involved).

Hosted by Elton John and David Furnish, the viewing party raised $10.6 million to fund the foundation’s goal of HIV prevention, treatment and care.
