Jessica Biel Allegedly Delivers an ‘Ultimatum’ to Justin Timberlake — And It Sounds Serious

It’s been a long journey for Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake during their almost 14 years of marriage, and the 44-year-old actress is reportedly putting up some boundaries after her 45-year-old husband made some very public mistakes.

According to the Daily Mail, Biel is done with “turning a cheek” when it comes to some of Timberlake’s scandals. An insider close to the couple revealed to the U.K. outlet that she “issued an ultimatum” to the former NSYNC star. It seems that Timberlake hasn’t necessarily cleaned up his act after his June 2024 DWI arrest.

“There’s not much more she can take,” the source added. “She does everything with the kids, and she’s sick of being publicly embarrassed.”

In March, the couple weathered the release of the police body camera footage from his DWI arrest, and it tested their marriage again. “There’s a reason they pushed back on the footage being released,” a Biel pal told People. Even though Timberlake was polite with the cops who pulled him over, “it obviously doesn’t portray him in the best light.”

“Yeah, I’m on tour … I’m on a world tour,” Timberlake said when asked if he was on vacation in the Sag Harbor, New York area, via the footage released by TMZ.

The cop continued to probe his answer, and Timberlake responded, “It’s hard to explain … umm … I’m Justin Timberlake.”

The People source maintained that Biel is “supportive of Justin,” yet still is “not afraid to express when she’s disappointed in certain decisions.” A second Daily Mail insider agreed with that sentiment, and the setback is just a blip in the road — they are still on solid ground despite Timberlake’s missteps.

“She’s not afraid to give him an ultimatum,” they claimed. “But I don’t see her leaving him anytime soon.” Timberlake has been given the ultimate gift of forgiveness by Biel, and there seems to be hope that he will take her wishes seriously.
