Final Injury Report for Heat-Hornets: Will Bam Adebayo, Andrew Wiggins Play?

The Miami Heat are on the road on Tuesday night as they travel to take on the Charlotte Hornets in an Eastern Conference showdown.
Miami enters Tuesday’s game with a 38-30 record after losing at home to the Orlando Magic on Saturday night.

In Saturday’s loss to the Magic, Jaime Jaquez Jr. led the way for the Heat as he recorded 22 points and seven assists off the bench while Bam Adebayo added 20 points and seven rebounds of his own.
Now Miami will try to bounce back on Tuesday as they face off against the Hornets in a tough road matchup.
On the other side, Charlotte enters Tuesday’s contest with a 34-34 record after losing on the road to the San Antonio Spurs on Saturday afternoon.

Miles Brides led the way for the Hornets in Saturday’s loss as he ended the game with 22 points and four rebounds while Kon Knueppel recorded 20 points, six rebounds and three assists.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Tuesday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Heat Injury Report: Will Bam Adebayo, Andrew Wiggins Play?
For the Heat, they have five players listed on their injury report, including both Adebayo and Andrew Wiggins.

Miami has listed Adebayo as questionable due to right calf tightness and he is in danger of missing his first game since December 27.
If Adebayo is sidelined, Kel’el Ware and Jaquez Jr. could both be in line for increased roles against the Hornets.

The Heat have ruled out Wiggins due to a toe injury as he will miss his sixth consecutive contest while Terry Rozeir remains away from the team.
Pelle Larsson has been listed as probable and he is expected to play despite dealing with a bruised left elbow while Nikola Jovic is probable due to a back injury and he is expected to return after missing the last 11 games.
Hornets Injury Report: Will Tidjane Salaun Play?
On the other side, the Hornets have only one player listed on their injury report as they have ruled out forward Tidjane Salaun.

Charlotte has ruled out Salaun due to a left calf strain as he will miss his seventh consecutive contest.
With Salaun still sidelined, Grant Williams and Josh Green could both continue to have larger roles off the bench.
