March Madness season is upon us, which means that a popular question around the ol’ water cooler today is “Who do you have in the Final Four?”

Last season, the correct answer to that question would have been the most boring, with all four No. 1 seeds advancing to the Final Four. If that were to happen this year, Duke (32-2), Arizona (32-2), Michigan (31-3), and defending champs Florida (26-7) would be heading to Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis to compete for a national championship.

You can watch March Madness 2026 on CBS, TBS, TNT, and truTV, with CBS games also streaming on Paramount+ Premium. If you’re not a current Paramount+ subscriber, the platform is currently available for only $2.99/month for the first two months.

Can you also watch March Madness live on HBO Max? Decider’s got your back. Here’s everything you need to know.

What Time Does March Madness Start Today?

March Madness begins at 12:15 p.m. ET when Ohio State and TCU collide on CBS and Paramount+ Premium. The next game, Troy vs. Nebraska, starts at 12:40 p.m. ET on truTV and HBO Max.

Can You Watch March Madness on HBO Max?

Yes! March Madness games airing on TBS, TNT, and truTV will be available to stream live on HBO Max.

Games airing on CBS, however, will be streaming on Paramount+ Premium (not HBO Max).

How To Watch March Madness on HBO Max:

You can watch March Madness on HBO Max via the streamer’s “Standard” and “Premium” tiers, which are available for $18.49/month and $22.99/month, respectively.

You can also add HBO Max to your Prime Video or Hulu accounts for an additional $18.49/month (or $10.99/month, but that option doesn’t include March Madness).
